In response to the latest Coronavirus Government advice, our working practices have evolved to ensure the safety of our consultants and clients.

Online Appointments

We are available for free online appointments (using technology such as Zoom, Skype and Whatsapp), to offer you advice on all your estate planning needs, whilst you remain in the safety and comfort of your own home. However, we can still offer a home visit service as long as this can be done on a socially distanced basis.

Signing Wills

Currently the law in England states a Will has to be signed in front of two witnesses, both of whom are present at the time of signing. This again is proving to be challenging during lockdown. The law was recently changed to state that this process can now be performed over a video call. However, this is a very cumbersome procedure and is proving a very contentious subject with many legal professionals. Therefore, we will ensure your Wills are signed and witnessed in a very safe manner for us all.
